Find your style: the free style quiz that actually tells you something
You have taken a style quiz before. It asked which coffee you order and which film you would rewatch, then announced you were "classic with a romantic edge" and left you exactly where you started. Cute label. No idea what to do on Monday morning.
That is the problem with most of them. A style quiz should not hand you an aesthetic and a shrug. It should tell you what is actually getting in the way of feeling like yourself, and what to do first. That is the one I built, and it takes about two minutes.
So before you take another quiz that calls you "cottagecore" and calls it a day, let me tell you what your style really is, and why you have not been able to name it.
Why most style quizzes are useless
The internet is full of quizzes that sort you into a vibe. Old money. Coastal. Clean girl. Whimsical academia. You get a mood board and a word, and not one piece of it tells you why your wardrobe still feels like a stranger's.
Here is what those quizzes quietly assume: that your problem is not knowing the right label. It is not. You are a grown woman. You know what you like. You have liked the same things for years and bought the safe version of all of them.
The label is not the missing piece. The permission is.
A vibe does not help you stand in front of your wardrobe at 7am. It does not explain why you own forty things and wear six. It does not touch the real reason you keep reaching for the black jumper, which is that black feels safer than being seen.
You do not have a style problem. You have a years-of-shrinking-to-conform problem wearing a style problem's coat.
What a style quiz should actually tell you
A good style quiz works backwards from the thing you are stuck on. Not "what aesthetic are you", but "what is stopping you wearing what you already love".
Mine looks at three things:
What you reach for on autopilot, and what that is really about
The clothes you love and never wear, and why they stay on the hanger
The one shift that would make getting dressed feel like you again
You come out with a direction and a first step, not a personality quiz screenshot to post and forget. That is the difference between content and clarity.
What is my style, really?
One of these is safe. One of these is you. Same wardrobe.
Here is the honest answer to "what is my style". Your style is you, minus the years you spent dressing not to be judged. It was never missing. It got muted.
Most midlife women have not lost their taste. They have buried it under sensible. Under slimming. Under a decade of dressing to take up less space because somebody, somewhere, made being noticed feel like a risk.
So when you ask "what's my style" and come up blank, that blank is not emptiness. It is interference. The quiz cuts through it by ignoring the trends entirely and asking about you.
You do not need to become someone new. You need to stop apologising for the one you already are.
Take the free style quiz
The quiz is free, it takes about two minutes, and you do not need to hand over your email to start it. You answer a few honest questions, and you get a clear read on what is getting in your way and the first thing to do about it.
No coffee-order questions. No aesthetic label. No rules. Just the thing nobody has actually said to you yet.
After the quiz: the next step
The quiz tells you where you are stuck. The Style Clarity Reset is how you get unstuck, for £27 and under an hour.
It is a simple system for working out what genuinely suits you and building outfit formulas you can actually rely on, so getting dressed stops being a daily negotiation. No new wardrobe required. Most women do not need more clothes. They need to know which of the ones they own are doing the job.
I am a qualified colour analyst with an Advanced Diploma from the London College of Style, and I have styled hundreds of women out of the black-cardigan rut and back into colour. The quiz is the door in. The Reset is what is on the other side.
Style, then colour
Style is one half of feeling like yourself again. Colour is the other.
If your face looks tired some days and you cannot say why, that is usually colour, not sleep. The colour quiz tells you which shades lift your face, and a full personal colour analysis gives you your exact palette. Start with whichever one is bugging you most. They both lead to the same place, which is you, unmuted.
Quick questions
What is my style? Your style is what you would wear if you had stopped dressing to avoid being judged. The free style quiz finds it by asking about what you actually reach for and what you avoid, not which trend you fit.
What's my style if I like everything? Liking everything is not the problem. Buying the safe version of everything is. The quiz pinpoints what is making you default to safe, so you can choose on purpose instead.
Is the style quiz free? Yes. It is completely free and takes about two minutes. You do not need to enter your email to start.
Is there a style quiz for women over 40? This one is built for exactly that. It ignores trends and age-appropriate "rules" and works on what feels like you, whatever your age.
What is the difference between a style quiz and colour analysis? The style quiz sorts out what you wear and why you are stuck. Colour analysis sorts out which shades suit your face. Style is the shape of the thing. Colour is what makes it switch on.
Stop guessing
You already know what you like. The only thing missing is permission to wear it. Take the two minute quiz, find out what is in your way, and do the first thing about it today.
